The human body performs millions of activities every day, from breathing and walking to thinking and remembering. These activities happen smoothly because of a highly organized communication network called the nervous system.

The nervous system controls and coordinates all body activities by receiving information, processing it, and sending appropriate responses. It helps us react to our surroundings, maintain balance, remember information, and perform complex tasks.
The nervous system mainly consists of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and specialized cells called neurons. Together, they form one of the most important systems in the human body.
